What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the secure payment processing gateways Worldpay and Paypal Express and via our dedicated telephone order line 0800 970 5225

Can I place an order offline?

Yes! You can phone us on our dedicated order line 0800 970 5225 and place your order using your credit/debit card over the phone.

Is your online payment process secure?

Yes! We use Worldpay payment processing for any credit or debit card purchases you make. Worldpay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group. You can also use your debit/credit card through Paypal’s secure payment system. All payment processing is done through the secure websites associated with Worldpay & Paypal. At no time do we receive your credit/debit card information from either Worldpay or Paypal and we do NOT store or have access to any of your card details entered into the Worldpay or Paypal systems.

When will my goods be posted?

We aim to to dispatch your order Within 48 hours from payment, we dispatch Monday to Friday Inclusive. Please be aware that weekends, public holidays, busy periods and requests for custom made items will extend the dispatch time. Please note that delivery methods do not affect the dispatch time.

What do you charge for p&p?

Please see our Delivery page to see what method suits your needs. Our postge prices are per consignment.

What are Italian Charms?

Italian charms are modular charm bracelet links that link together to form a bracelet. For more information please see our About Italian Charms page.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are a retail operation only.

What is your returns policy?

All our goods are covered by a 30 day Guarantee against faults.

If an order is cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed, a full refund will be offered of the cost of goods providing the goods are returned in unused condition, and the item(s) are unmarked. The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with the return of the item. It is recommended to obtain proof of posting as JSC Jewellery does not accept responsibility for any goods that fail to be returned.

If your order is damaged on receipt, or you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email with the details of the problem as soon as possible. Any faulty items must be reported within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once we know of the problem we can arrange for you to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods or the faulty item we can then send you out a replacement, if one is available, or refund any money paid*.

* Please note we will only refund the item price, there are no refunds on p&p for unwanted items.

* Please note that custom made items are excluded from our normal returns policy. Returns will only be accepted on custom made items in the event that they are faulty.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy

I have received my item but it is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us with the details of the problem. Any faulty on arrival items must be reported within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once we know of the problem we can arrange for you to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item we can then send you out a replacement, if one is available, or refund any money paid.

My order is not with me within the Estimated delivery time, what should i do?

Check your order details , if it is a mixture of custom made and stock items then the order will not be dispatched until the custom made items are ready, above all Don’t panic. The Royal Mail doesn’t class items as missing until 15 days after they have been posted. In the majority of situations your order has just been delayed in the postal system. If 15 days have passed since your order was posted to you please contact us and we will start the formal process for a missing order claim with Royal Mail, who will contact you for verification. If you paid for your item to be sent via special or recorded delivery we will be able to provide you with a tracking number. Please note we do not provide refunds for items lost in the postal system.

I’m looking for a particular design, can you help?

We can design and make suitable charms and charm beads for you – just get in touch.

What happens if the item I order is out of stock?

We stock a huge selection of items however on the odd occasion that any of your items are out of stock but due in stock within 10 days after you placing your order then your order will be held and the complete order sent out as soon as possible. If any of your items are unavailable then in most cases a suitable substitution will be sent instead e.g. same theme charm but different design, or different colour. If no suitable substitutions are available, in some circumstances we may contact you and offer an alternative, but in most situations we will automatically process a refund for the item(s).

Are free gifts automatically added to my order?

No. Due to stock control if you wish to claim any free gift we have on offer you MUST ADD THESE TO YOUR CART when offered yourself.

If you do not add the free gift offered to your order then it is assumed that you did not require one or want the design that was offered. Free gifts will NOT be sent out separately once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that free gifts are limited to ONE per order unless stated. JSC Jewellery reserves the right to reject any false claims for free gifts or to change the items offered at any time.

Are your Daisy Charm Italian charms compatible with other brands of Italian Charms?

Yes! All our Italian charms are compatible with other Italian charm brands. The size of the charm is stated on its individual information page e.g. 9mm so you can check if your bracelet will be compatible.

Will Italian charms fit standard charm bracelets?

No. Italian charms are not compatible with standard charm bracelets, where charms are added to a chain. Italian charms are designed to be added to each other and other Italian charm products.

Are your Callia Bead European beads compatible with other brands?

Yes! Our European beads will fit Pandora and other main brands.

Will custom made designs extend the dispatch time of my order?

We aim to dispatch orders containing custom made etched designs within 3 working days and Picture charms within 10 working days Please note weekends or bank holidays will extend the time frame before dispatch.

Can you make a charm with my football team, favourite band, celebrity name or cartoon character on it?

No. We can only produce goods for you where you own or have permission to use the image or text, for example photographs you have taken of yourself and family, your given name or slogan you have invented. We will not produce goods that infringes third party intellectual property rights that is: copyright, trademark, right of publicity; or content that is defamatory, unlawful, obscene, immoral or libellous and that would constitute as derogatory treatment of any any person or organisation.
