Delivery charges are as follows... UK First Class - £0.85 Recorded Delivery (signed for) - £1.55 Special Delivery (next weekday service, signed for) - £5.50 Orders over £25 will be delivered free of charge (UK only). Wholesale - £5.50 Europe Airmail - £1.55 International Signed For - £5.50 Airsure (insured up to £500) - £6.50 Wholesale - £6.50 Other Countries Airmail - £2.50 International Signed For (uninsured) - £6.00 Wholesale - £6.50 Returns If a customer cancels an order within 14 days of the order being placed, a full refund will be offered providing the goods are returned in unused condition, and the item(s) are unmarked. The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with the return of the item. It is recommended to obtain proof of posting as JSC Jewellery does not accept responsibility for any goods that fail to be returned. If your order is damaged on receipt, or you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email with the details of the problem as soon as possible. Any faulty items must be reported within 7 days of you receiving the item. Once we know of the problem we can arrange for you to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods or the faulty item we can then send you out a replacement, if one is available, or refund any money paid*. * Please note we will only refund the item price, there are no refunds on p&p. * Please note that custom made items are excluded from our normal returns policy. Returns will only be accepted on custom made items in the event that they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
